·      As requested when completing our registration forms to use our services.

·      When contacting us through the contact us form on our website or through direct communication routes such as email.

We use the information that you have given us in order to maintain a register of all the dogs who attend our premises. This is a requirement under the terms of the Animal Welfare Regulations 2018.
