All appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (a no-show) may also result in a charge.
Yes. A non-refundable £20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your grooming appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final grooming fee.
Please note that the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.
Most appointments take between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition and the services requested.
We kindly ask that you collect your dog promptly at the agreed collection time to help us keep to our schedule and ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all dogs in our care.
How often your dog needs grooming depends on their breed, coat type, lifestyle, and how quickly their coat grows. As a general guide, most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4–8 weeks to keep their coat clean, healthy and free from knots and matting. Regular grooming also helps keep their skin, nails, ears and overall wellbeing in good condition.
If you’re unsure what schedule is best for your dog, we’re always happy to recommend a grooming plan tailored to their individual needs.
Absolutely. Many of our customers book a grooming appointment during their dog’s daycare visit. Your dog can enjoy a fun day of play and socialising before heading home clean, fresh, and looking their best.
Dogs visiting for grooming are not able to join our daycare groups after their appointment. Our daycare service is reserved for dogs who are booked in for daycare and have successfully completed our assessment process. This helps us maintain a safe, well-balanced environment for all of the dogs in our care.
Our grooming prices are a guide and may vary depending on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, temperament and the time required to complete the groom. If your dog’s coat is heavily matted or requires additional time or specialist handling, extra charges may apply. We’ll always discuss any additional costs with you before carrying out the work wherever possible.
